Like James.
But the park end dars won't like that
No mate 2017 I believe ..but forgot my old user & password. You're new here, yes?
100 % ?What bodes well is i was looking at the squad earlier and there was a good few on my like to move out list, that i dont mind staying now after improving in the New Year - my conclusion is the manager has the ability to get the best out of lads, that what you want a manager who will improve and get the best out of the of what we have available. That bodes well for our hopes with Dele.
From what ive seen to this point, hes not giving him a free ride - another manager would have just thrown him in because of the high ceiling and profile, which i think was the intention in Jan. But the manager is making him earn it at the same time, hes giving him opportunities, Dele to my mind is responding, he was a catalyst against Palace to change the momentum. Its been good management. He has a whole blank canvass of a season ahead of him, to really kick on and become key - its a massive opportunity for him and us to make us stronger.
So you see a £10 million player rising to whatever with stupid wages?Don’t give up pal. Keep trying, you’ll get better
Dele is a massive gamble, he could be a massive plus signing or a total expensive flop, and the outcome rests with Dele, does he want to try and reach the top again, where he was or is he content with the money he has already earned and hopefully kept, the balls in his court. What bodes well is i was looking at the squad earlier and there was a good few on my like to move out list, that i dont mind staying now after improving in the New Year - my conclusion is the manager has the ability to get the best out of lads, that what you want a manager who will improve and get the best out of the of what we have available. Do you know i wonder are we all gulity of sterotyping the lid, any time ive seen him hes put it all in - not saying you mate but generally and in the media.
Behind the rollers, bling, holidays, girlfriends i think there is an insecure lid who needs to be accepted and feel a sense of support and belonging - if you look at his life and career its when hes experienced this, hes thrived. I think Lampard is good for him. I think the club could be good for him, he fed of that supportive atmosphere at Palace, we need to handle him right. He needs managing a certain way to my mind, what doesn't help is he has a specific set skills that fit into a certain system, but the skills he has - well the ceiling is world class. Which is why i say we need to be understanding of the lid.
100%. For all those who liked James I wonder why they dont like Dele...
Hamez went from the best player in the world to just good.100%. For all those who liked James I wonder why they dont like Dele...
Not very bad tbh, just... average? Which for someone who was very good previously is basically a career death sentence, unless he goes back to previous form.Hamez went from the best player in the world to just good.
Dele went from 1 of the best players in the world to very bad.
Hes been great for us tho, IMO.
He might just be fit to play more often than James.Because a half interested James is still a much better player than a half interested Dele..

Absolutely nailed it in my opinion here! Exactly my take on Dele Alli. I'm looking forward to seeing him after a full pre season of Frank giving him a cuddle and confidence.Do you know i wonder are we all gulity of sterotyping the lid, any time ive seen him hes put it all in - not saying you mate but generally and in the media.
