If we've got him on a YTS wage it's an even better deal than i first thought.Still, only 2 more years on £100k pa.
At least we’ve not wasted more than another £10m in wages
Spurs must be fuming.

Tbh he is lucky it was actually working, they make Rolls Royce up the road from me here and you see them out test driving them and out of every 5 Id say 1/2 usually ends up pulled over on the A27 or at the side of the road somewhere, they are awful things.Old uncle Harry on Talksport:
"Before Frank took him, I texted Frank, and said: ‘Listen, Dele Alli, I think if you can get him going, he’s some player’," he admitted, "I’ve stuck up for him, I keep saying he’s a fantastic talent, but why’d you go and do that? Turning up in a Rolls Royce [on his first day] like that, it tells you everything about what’s gone wrong for him.”
Cheers Harry ??
I'd be amazed to see him leave on a free this summer, he's, allegedly, on 80 grand a week. If that is remotely accurate, you can rest assured that no other club would be daft enough to pay him those wages. He's got a two and a half year contract. Our only hope is that he finds his form, because he is going nowhere while we have to pay him that kind of money. You really can't blame him either. In fairness mate, I think 90% of fans thought we'd snagged a great deal when we brought him in for free in Jan.
I won't be wholly surprised to see him leave on a free this summer, unless things change quick.

If he's offered a chance to terminate his contract this summer and takes it then he will be a very unusual footballer. Would you agree a contract with an employer for 80 grand a week for a period of two and a half years and terminate it early if you were not as good at your job as your employer had hoped? No, me neither. If he's offered the chance to terminate his contract this summer and says no, then that would tell you everything about his ambition to get back to playing at the top regularly.

I admire your optimism. He'll have no shortage of teams wanting him, particularly abroad, probably not the same amount of money though in fairness. I think if he's desperate to get going again, then sitting on our bench for 2 years is the wrong option - after doing the same for Spurs.
