Remember when he first signed and turned up at Goodison in a Rolls Royce? I remember Simon Jordan going on about it on Talk Sport, saying it wasn't a good look, he actually had a point.

Just seen an article on Dele Ali posted on Goodison News.
Thing I'm posting about is that website seems to post nothing but bad news. Seems to be on a mission to twist every bit of news into a negative.
Picks up on a murmur then suddenly the new stadium has to be sold, we are entering administration, we are being deducted points.
Cut it out. Things are bad enough without you stirring the pot.
I may be wrong but I think I shared an article about this and the article was written by a red. Defo one of these doom and gloom sites posts articles from reds about us not certain its this one but worth checking the author online

Why would try to end his contract early if there wasn’t an incentive to do it mate?
He cannot afford to miss out completely on football for a season.... which is what will happen if he stays at Everton.

In twelve months time his profile will have slipped even further and will find it difficult to attract interest from any league or club of note.

I think he is 100% certain to leave and will get a golden handshake of some kind to go.

Just a reminder that we did get some value out of Dele last season so labelling him a waste and drain on the accounts doesn't seem fair to me.

Also this year, it's been reported that Besiktas are paying 8k a week of his wages and a 1.8m loan fee, so we've also managed to mitigate our mistake.

And next season hasn't happened yet, so using that to beat the club with just reeks of agenda.

In the grand scheme of things, we've done a lot worse.

That doesn't even cover 50% of his wages this year. Let alone a 2.5 year contract of £100,000 a week 🤷‍♂️

That's not "mitigation"

Barely scratches the surface of the cost! 😡

"we've also managed to mitigate our mistake." Is Bill Kenwright level of absolute horse manure mate. Disgrace you've even said that 🤨
