putting my surprisingly optimistic head on here. but if he did buckle down and find his best form which was in that AM/second striker role under Poch at spurs.
Doucoure was immense in that role since Dyche came in. I wouldn't be surprised to see Dele as a squad/rotational option if he can get his head down and prove his worth.

Lots of ifs though, surely last chance saloon for this balloon head

Another way to look at it is, if he does buckle down, if Dyche is convinced, then coukd we get another player of his quality for £10m, given thats how much we have to pay after 7 and up to 26, which is 2/3rds of a season.

We also dont know if its 20 or 40 games or PL games, given he was cuptied when he was arrived.

I’d be going back to Spurs to attempt to renegotiate the deal. Win win for both parties.

Spurs still get something if we start playing him, otherwise we let him go and they get no return.

But then I remember who’s in charge of our current negotiations…
