You can't build a team around someone who struggles to get involved in the game. I'm now at the point where I don't even think it's an attitude problem. He just can't perform like he did in those initial years at Spurs. Can't even remember him having a bad injury which would help to explain it.

His hamstring went about 4 years ago. I'm pretty sure it was reoccurring for a couple of years. Would imagine that list him that disce over the first yard or two

….i imagine there’s a private room in FF where somebody is tasked to make sure Alli doesn’t play the 80 games that triggers a £30m payment.

The little block on the Palace defender leading to DCLs winner was worth the £10m.

This contract will be his last in football. £10m for 2.5 years 'work'.

Will be on Talksport weighing 16 stone before he's 30.
I think it works out at £12.5M in wages since he came in January until the end of his contract and I think we are stuck with him until his contract is up, no club would take him on a free with those wages or being honest on a lot less than what he’s on.

I was in the 'he'll come good' camp but after the latest string of injuries, we need players who are hungry with something to prove...not players who need to supplement a life style.
Bin !!

I thought he should maybe have started, but then he was absolutely rubbish when he came on, so I don't know where we go from here.

I just think he's a very ineffective footballer these days. The manager clearly doesn't rate him so get someone else the manager actually wants. Why pay money for someone so poor who the manager clearly doesn't want to use.
Needs a good no 9 to partner.....to see the best from him ....
