In terms of the probability that it was ever going to be a success, which was about 3%, I think it’s definitely one of the daftest signings we’ve ever made.
Still not in my Top 20 worst signings though.

Dreadful player but when discussing worst players, I think we've got to look at what they cost and the return we got on that investment.
At 500k Angell was crap, but I'm not sure he'd make my top 20 worst players.

It's hilarious and sad at the same time that both of the guys you mentioned are objectively worse than our sweet Prince, who without a doubt was the worst footballer I've ever seen in the premier league. But fair play to him he scored some important goals

He’s currently playing in the Pitching In Northern Premier League, which is level 7 in the pyramid, playing against fellas who I work with. And he was still comfortably a better Everton player than Cenk Tosun.
