Like don't get me wrong, I want to believe Iwobi will be sold. But I don't see it happening in a million years.

I think these two players are genius from benitez. Both players will give their all for us and improve us in terms of application. Not sure where its gone wrong for Gray but if he can recapture early Leicester form could be very good. Townsend we know what we will get and that will be more than we've got from anyone last season.

It allows us to also concentrate funds to appease ffp elsewhere. We seriously have lacked players who put in a shift for a while now and I believe with Townsend in particular we will get that. I trust in what Rafas trying to do here and he knows he needs good characters in first just like Moyes did and build from there.

Townsend is a year deal it's a low risk move by the club I personally think it's a very shrewd move by Everton for once

We wouldnt sell him for 10m.

His book price is about 24m at the moment, take away his wages, we would need to get around 18m.

They aren't linked because they're not interested, nobody higher up are, because he's not very good. That's my point. Genius.
