I would guess 40k per week but maybe lower because of the second year. Possibly bonuses depending on games layer and results.

Everton is a big club and as per his interview he found out how hard it is to go back to a big club.

I think agreeing a salary may not have been that difficult
 

He's had Ranieri, Shakespeare, Puel and Rodgers. All thought he was cack apart from a bizarre spell where Puel decided to drop Vardy and put Gray up front.

I hope he does well as it's a shame if he fails to perform again but it is a shocking signing.

Shocking signing for 1.5m? I'd say he plays next year and does very little we can still double that...

….but he’s moving on a Bosman with no transfer fee involved, that invariably means a 6 figure signing fee and big salary. As a free agent, I’d be very surprised if he’s not on more than he was at Palace.
