I love Gray - our player of the season - but even when the full back overlaps (whether it's Digne, Godfrey, Mykolenko), he barely ever uses that option.

I wouldn't use Godfrey either.

Mykolenko wasn't an option today for the most part. That's a tactical choice. That tactical choice is why Digne plays for Villa.

Fairly anonymous in the second half but I think that was Benitez tactics, after he brought on Richarlison.
He’s one of his boys and I hope his form doesn’t fall off a cliff, now that he’s gone.
Exciting player and I hope maintains his excitement in playing for us.
Great asset if he does.
