Tell fulham to pay up or to leave the player alone. Gray should come back to the team training and prepare with the rest of the squad the game against Fulham. We can't afford to leave our very thin attacking options out because of Fulham. Who knows they may even drop their interest after we faced them.

I wish people would stop saying this with no clue what's going on.

A extremely small percentage of players miss training without permission to force through a move. (Gordon being a recent example)

All three parties want this move to happen, why risk an injury?

the post from Romano maybe ? and sure maybe him not training is a mutual agreement. But let's be honest: only when a deal is like close (fee & terms agreed etc) you allow a player to not train. For me he is still under contract and should train. Hope we get rid asap so we can continue our transfer dealings. We cant use him against Fulham anyway, so what is the point in keeping him unless Fulhams bid is too low
