I'm intrigued as to why he is using this excuse for individual players rather than the whole team as they all looked miles off the pace in that game at the weekend. Also having seen that training video which seemed to consist of piggy in the middle and headers and volleys you have to wonder what the hell we do in training at times. The kids in my local park do more complex training routines than that.

We’ve seen this before under Rafael, players squeezed out who shouldn’t have been. For example James and Digne.
I’d have Dyche leave before Gray. Last season Gray up top with Doucoure winning headers give us a semblance of a threat, and a bit of pace on the counter for teams to think about.

Dyche wants him gone. It's nothing to do with fitness, but you're right fitness is what Dyche will say because he's like one of those dolls with a string you pull that says only three things. In this example they would be - "fitness", "details", and "consistency"

Exactly he was playing in tournaments for Jamaica he was definitely fit , even last season he seemed apprehensive to play him , which Is weird because he would suit thr type of direct , fast break style football dyche was trying to implement
