Sometimes I do despair. But not with Everton.
The last 15 years has seen UNPARALLELED player wage inflation. The last 5 years even. So much so that the rules are being changed. That's surely got to tell you something.
absolute tosh. its decided by how well the clubs run basically. if our earnings are sufficient, we can spend more. because of the way we are being run its going to be another decade before we see any on the field improvement.

Nah its turning into a board discussion. Yet another one.
incidentally, this saga is exactly why I won't be ott with discussion over everton related matters this month as it will only be transfer talk that will invariably let us down until we sell a few, I shall post more often in july when the teams back from pre-season and performances can be discussed, but this transfer stuff just gets me down. watch the US open and Wimbledon and switch off for the rest of the month is my advice.
