Demba Ba

I've had "Demba Ba, my Lord, Demba Ba." ringing in my head for a week or so. So I'm ok with it this doesn't go through as it'd prolly mean an end for the singing.

Pretty much how I feel really. Ba will sign....I'm sure of it.

I've been singing Oh-ah Demba Ba Oh-ah Demba Ba (as opposed to Cantona) all week so he has to sign.
 
Lets be honest for talks still to be going on, he must be interested in coming here, there's obviously a few things need sorting out LCAB has confirmed its not straight forward.

Just a patience game now, im still very hopefull.
 

If he does chose the Barcodes over us then he obviously isn't the kind of player we want playing for us.. the other mercenaries who chose them over us hardly had a great time.
 
If he goes to the graveyard of good footballers up north he's obviously after the money.

No great loss, people are so desperate for any signing the lads nothing special and has knees made out of chalk.

As am I mate, I've even put him at Everton on footy manager (I haven't really that'd be cursing it).

His goalscoring record suggests otherwise mate.

Even with those chalky knees he managed to score 7 in 12, for a below average Hammers side.

I'd be more than willing to take that risk with him. How many injuries did Lescott suffer with us?

If his knees are finished, he'll end up at the Barcodes, if he's destined for great things he'll sign for us. I'm all about the fate.
 
Agree with Dutch, Lescott had a very bad injury before he joined us missed an entire season in fact but went on to play x amount of games for a long time.

Its a risk buying any player and no one can foretell how it will work out with injury records but my opinion is if we can strike the right deal my gut instinct is he is player I would want with us not against us.

I'm optimistic he will join but I'm always a postive Everton fan just love my club really!
