the point being that the 'list' is a farce, a complete fantasy drawn up by a delusional owner.

I've said it before. Simeone was top target before we appointed Koeman. Simeone wasn't interested. We then interviewed Emery who went to PSG. And we spoke to Mourihno who was never going to join us. Koeman was 4th choice at best.

Moshiri has grand plans, it's just difficult to get what you want when we are now regarded as European minnows.. it'll take time but Moshiri will get us to where he wants.
