Just a hint for people who cant sleep.
Try and not worry about sleeping in
Stupid I know.
But I get up at 4.15 AM and if I don't worry about sleeping in I'm fine.
If I do I wake every half hour.
Dont stress either about 8 hours kip .
Not stupid at all. I do the same. If I know I've got to get up earlier than usual, in spite of setting my alarm - and checking it about 10 times, I then wake up every flipping hour because I'm worried about sleeping in.
