Oh really? I've been told to try a weighted blanket. Apparently it really helps with anxiety and sleep etc. I've no idea how but I wouldn't mind getting one too
Not stupid at all. I do the same. If I know I've got to get up earlier than usual, in spite of setting my alarm - and checking it about 10 times, I then wake up every flipping hour because I'm worried about sleeping in.Just a hint for people who cant sleep.
Try and not worry about sleeping in

If I do I wake every half hour.
