Just what is your grievance exactly? Are you aggrieved that people are being disrespectful towards an employee of Everton?
Have you read ANY of the player threads?
Name calling may be a tad childish, but it's never been any different on any internet forum.
Is it something about the word 'pig' that particularly offends you? I'm genuinely intrigued as it seems to me to be a relatively mild insult.

This is not respectful towards moderators, volunteers - on a weekend.

Some Everton greats came from over the park - on the terraces nothing said only what fools the were to let them go so cheaply, e.g. Morrissey. Sheedy, & Beardsley .....
Who ever our manager was going to be, it's an uphill job - after the last traitor walked.....doing worse than Fat Sam

I could be wrong, but I believe it's the word 'FAT' that's troubling her (no doubt it's a glandular problem)

To add, @consho - the rules you've quoted also include;

If you see a post that you believe is in violation of the forum's Rules and Guidelines or Terms of Service, it would be highly appreciated if you could use the "Report to Moderator" function to bring it to our attention.

Also please be aware that, whilst reporting is not anonymous to administrators, all details will be kept strictly confidential and will not leave the admin forum. You will not, under any circumstances, be name dropped on the open forum for reporting a post in a genuine manner.

I reviewed your report at 10:20 this morning, and decided - context considering - it wasn't enough to warrant a warning.

A good number of Evertonians are not going to like the current manager. It is what it is, he's going to take some stick - calling him a FSW, pig etc are as mild as it's going to get. The board made their decision, knowing there would be discontent. The manager made his decision - accepted millions, knowing there would be discontent. Sure, there's a line, as there is with all players/staff/fellow members but pig doesn't cross it.

Its true Morrissey was a true red started on their ground staff as an apprentice - idolised at Goodison - Peter Reid was a red all his family were, idolised both - Rafael was not my choice , but I will give him a chance then complain - he has a great managerial record whether he sustains it with us is a big if, but he is following THREE very bad appointments .... who with two DOF wasted a fortune - you can tell now by the signings so far we are strapped for cash - for the reasons mentioned .....
I will be on here if he produces duff poor results etc - I hope to see consolidation while we get rid of deadwood.... I have seen the great times & the poor ones by the way .....
