I think that both Distin and Alcaraz are gone.

As harsh as it may sound, I really hope so. Will be sad to see Distin go especially but they're both simply not good enough. I'll be sick if Alcaraz is offered a new contract instead of Distin though.

Phenomenal decline though. Was thoroughly unimpressed when we signed him after Lescott left but was a favourite of mine throughout his time here, despite some massive ricks !

I'm pretty sure Martinez would rather pick his best 11 to try to win the game. It sounds a lot better finishing in the top half of the table than it does the bottom half.
