In terms of hes not for the future and will be only a back up.

In terms of footballing ability am sure Sidibe is streets ahead.

Im happy we are getting a right back in but am being selfish and would of liked a younger player with potential to be a starter next season.

You will not get someone to come in and be a starter next season at this point. Coleman is the starter and captain, it's hard top get someone in who will throw a season away whilst he waits to break through.

This move gives us a cheap, reasonable back up option whilst we look at who we want to be our next right back.

...nothing new, it’s only what’s been said elsewhere in the last 24 hours.

Personally, I have no strong view on this transfer. It’s not an ‘exciting’ deal but it might prove to be a decent one, plus the terms make it entirely low risk.
