Do you get depressed after an ale binge?

They sad boises indeed, but they're just chemical thoughts brother. I've pondered giving up ale but sticking to beer and not spirits is a medium. How do you feel since you gave it up?
Well the good thing Is no hangovers that last 3days,I have a glass of white now and again and to be honest you feel like a miserable prick when you see people bevving it up but I think I've just grew out of it.

...I like a drink but I'm a social drinker in that I have a session with my pals every Saturday and with the family when the kids are home. I've never suffered depression after a binge unless the Blues get beat.

When I was in my 20s, I could hit the beer or voddy, have a right session, and then I'd be fine the next day (probably a headache or hangover but that would be it.)

These days, if I hit the ale a few nights in a row, I feel depressed all day on a Sunday - even quite tearful and thoughts of doom.

Just me or anyone else get this?

Hangover anxiety. Get it occasionally but not particularly more since I turned 30. For me it's only after some heavy drinking in larger groups, part of the reason being that I tend to block out hours of a night out from my memory and it takes a while - if ever - to remember what I've done or said. Good reason for 'the fear', I've found.
