Think DCL is best used when bringing the other forwards into play.

The problem with that is our other forwards are Bernard, Walcott & Richarlison.
Of those 3, only Richarlison is going to score semi-consistently.

A finisher would have scored yesterday given some of those chances and as it stands, DCL isn't a finisher.

I think we all want him to succeed, but at the moment, but 11 goals in 79 appearances is a [Poor language removed] ratio for a FW

That’s about right, and it would explain why he was much stronger against the elite sides that came to win.

He would be great in a front 2, unfortunately he’s 10 years too late.

Explains why we don't have traditional wingers, rather pacy forwards that cut in, feeding off DCL's hold up play while the full backs push forward like wingers.
