Yep, I thought he put himself about, won some great headers but the big moments (and he had 2) he crumbled like a digestive biscuit in a hot cup of tea.
How hot Macca?

Isnt any real debate about this. Hes a burnley striker. Or whoever just wants to finish 9th or 10th forever.
To be going into the season with him as our main hope up top actualy makes me want to cry. Its like we've given up.
…and that's on Brands. For all the good things he's done for the squad, leaving us with a 1 in 5 striker as our main striker is a big black mark....the reality is he is our main striker.

I'm not saying it's easy but Brands is paid an eye-watering salary and it has been plain to see we are gun shy since Lukaku left. I'm all for gambling on youth, as we have done with Kean - who may yet turn out to be great - but there are three positions where you cannot afford to take too many risks, imo. Centre forward, centre half and goalkeeper and we have gambled up front and in the centre of our defence and, currently, that gamble is costing us. Our forwards aren't scoring enough goals and Mina and Keane are strangers at the back. Brands has to take responsibility for that, it is literally his job to manage personnel. Silva has made some baffling decisions but I don't understand the immunity Brands has from criticism from sections of the fanbase.....it’s on a succession of DoFs, but it also shows how difficult it is to find a top striker.
And around 30% of his total goals have come against lower league B teams. #LevelsView attachment 67734
Get on Dominic Van Nistelrooy there, making out he's some goalscoring guarantee
Arrogant divvy. He's scored 20% of his career goals in the last four games
you joking....he is so lightweight and as for movement its like he is running round with a large fridge/freezer strapped to his backhe scores 4 in 3 games and ppl still having a go at him. I thought he played well today
