If you win 1-0 it does not matter how the goal was scored the result was 1-0...

Most top goalscorers take penalties to top up their tallies also, DCL does not...

You need to have the instinct to be in the right places at the right time which is a skill al on its own...

Yes. Needs an entire season to judge fully, but all the signs are promising. I'd personally like us to have another reliable option - I rate Kean, but I've not seen enough from him yet to suggest he can lead the line like DCL. Tosun won't cut it. Someone like Milik would work nicely I think

Really happy for the guy. He has been on an upward curve for the last few years. Always improving which is testament to the hard work he puts in.
Some weeks you'd watch and think what has he done that for, then the following week he would be in a similar position and do the correct thing which shows he is focused on learning and making the most of his ability.

Let's not act like he hasn't had his streaks of being bad, borderline terrible. Just enjoy the current run he's on.

It's the reasons why there was streaks of being bad and borderline terrible that the unhinged haters could not accept.

DCL was basically the legs engine room of the side for a number of seasons, now he can step off running back to try and create a chance for himself and now spends more time in box, he starts scoring...

And plenty of them will be hoping it all fails for him still, wierd!

That first goal was pure class, speed and control and he's obviously been working on his close finishing game. Not bad for a work still in progress.
