I think after the acrimony of him leaving he’ll never be back at any price. Can’t imagine relations are good between him and Moshiri.

....I wonder what they would both get in the transfer market, I imagine DCL might have significantly bridged the gap. No doubt Lukaku is a top goalscorer but DCL offers more from an all-around perspective. DCL is progressive, he also looks and acts the part in respect of image.

DCL in my view has a higher ceiling than Lukaku and it's a risk I would be willing to gamble on, He has pace power leap, nearly has the whole kit apart from being a natural slotter which can be improved on.

It’s a tough call. Idk how much better his finishing will get as it’s always been his biggest issue and he’s now 23. If we improve other areas in the summer, ideally we create more naturally and won’t be as reliant on Doms work ethic which would tip it Roms way for me. It’s all hypothetical though. Dom has been a terrific surprise for me this year. Never expected him to be as good as he’s turning out.

His athleticism is frightening. Still needs to work on his finishing. He’s maybe going to be a streaky goalscorer; have a total purple patch and then a fallow run, but he always helps the team.

Would rather have Richarlison one on one with the keeper mind.

He’s better with his head, if we could cross the ball with an semblance of accuracy and intent he’d be scoring way more.

Rubber shins doesn't offer much apart from goals, DCL does.

Concern is the opposition will suss him out and realise outside of 9 yards he struggles infront of goal.

Will always still grab a goal but I can't see him going on a run as good as the start of the season again now everyone knows his main strengths.

DCL is improving every year.

Why take the chance on another player not adapting to the league when we already have a young improving player who scores goals.

I mean as above, who are you replacing him with? Thats not say hes the best in the world, but to upgrade you would have to shop in the top tier and take a chance.
