I’m sorry but playing for City is way beyond his capabilities.

They create so many chances precisely because they don’t have some lumbering oaf up front. Every attacking player has superb technical ability, dribbling skills and movement. They all have tremendous work rate, dropping deep and pulling wide to create space for others.

Kane could fit because he’s a tremendous footballer. DCL, nowhere near.
It depends what they want

They'd have to change their style more for Haaland because he'd obviously start every single game and rightly so, but he's more about running into space. He does have great ability on the ball too but he's not a poacher in that sense or strictly so anyway, or even like a Kane type who can do it all

They won't go for Kane now, too much money at that age.

So, if they didn't want to change their style but wanted a player who could slot in and score goals but drop in and out of games then Dom would be a very sensible signing. I've said this for years.

Would he propel them to CL glory? No, probably not. Would he score 30 goals? I'd wager close to it.

But he'll end up at Newcastle because City will want that all-round world class striker.

Honestly reckon most of the people hating on him are either insecure about their own sexuality or have had a homosexual incident in the past they didn't quite understand at the time.

Quick polish in the showers with the boys after Sunday League was it? All banter? Part of initiating the new blood?

That makes no sense.

That’s like me saying I hate olives … but the reason behind it is that I secretly do live olives but I don’t want anyone to know about it .

I don’t like olives because i do t like them..

@MACCA75 btw this isn't me saying City should buy Dom over Haaland.

I think they'll get Haaland and he'll be incredible for them because he's an incredible player but their style will change with him in the side and I think overall their style would change less with DCL in their squad - because that's what he'd be, a squad player.

What don't you like about Dom then? That he wears different clothes to you?

I don't like that he's crap at footy right now. What he wears is of no interest to me either way and shouldn't impact anyone's life other than his.

Bit of sense at last. All this homophobic sh!te some are drumming up. So tedious.
I can recall the most successful manager of all time getting rid of players if he felt off field activities were affecting them on the pitch.
Probably why they won so much and us fck all.

We are a rehab centre for players that have gone off the rails or lost motivation etc …

I just don’t rate him as a player , never have.

I did always like him as a person tho , as in he was always positive , seemed like he knew he was fortunate to be doing a job he loved and I used to live his work rate and attitude … the last two have changed and it seems like his priorities lie elsewhere now
