Forget about what he wears, I am more worried that he isn't the marauding centre forward we had last season.

He still had time to continuously roll up the the left hand side of his shorts at turfmoor … does it all the time … drives me nuts .

I’ve always liked DCL and his eccentric style, but this interview really annoyed me instead of dreaming of getting to the WC and winning trophies, it would be great if Dominic puts more effort into helping getting Everton out of trouble. I’m starting to think that some of our posters harsh critique of DCL and other players is valid. No enough of them are putting enough effort. If we go down they really don’t care, they would just move to another Club like Arsenal where they can continue making their cash and posing for magazines ?

I'm not sure I want to get into this but here goes...

whoever did that photoshop edit - why? what are you trying to do? and if it was a blue, then that's unforgiveable. We have enough crap coming our way that we don't need to turn on our own players.

1. the argument that he could be practising, training, 'focusing on football' instead of the photoshoots and modelling is lazy and inaccurate. We already know from the past he's a great trainer and works hard.

2. our own players are our own, and we support them whatever happens - unless they're a criminal or psycho. I think even our crap players are worthy of our support cos they're ours! there's always something to like in any player - even Davies, Kenny, Holgate who have been so below par for so long. They're our players!

3. If you made this, shared it or laughed at it you dont think DCL himself has seen it? Of course he has? What are we, in a school playground from the f'ing 90s? It doesn't affect his mood or his confidence? Of course he knows he'll get stick for how he dresses, of course he has thick skin if he's a public figure, but really, do we want to add to this and cross the line like this?

if we were really the best fans in the world, we'd support our players no matter what. constructive criticism is different. Over the last 5 years we've also developed a nice negative toxic mood which is not helping.
