DCL, was bending down, putting his suspenders on, when one of the heels on his stilettos snapped, causing him to fall over and snap his knee in two.

Suspiciously, this coincided with Paris Fashion Week and he was last seen, with his right leg, in a Burberry check plaster cast, dressed as a school girl, waiting in the checkout for the Paris flight, at John Lennon Airport.
