Do you mean if we were in the NFL they could rig it so we can't be relegated? Hmm, I might change my mind then. Hang on though, they don't have relegation in the US? That solves all our present problems.God Bless America.
 

As an American, the NFL is just one giant advertisement with a game plugged in here and there. Stoppage in play? Better cut to commercial for 2 minutes.

Edit: just realized this is the DCL thread. I’ll keep stay on track, mods.

Rather the lad misses one match than risk aggravating his hamstring and ending up being out for another month or so. Mind you, Sean Dyche does not come across as the type of person to go into 'panic mode' and take such chances.

He'll just miss the one after anyway. We simply cant go on like this with him. Its just a shame this club is run by 3 blind mice. Every single Evertonian knows he is not a reliable option selection wise. Its hard to put into words how pissed off so many Everton fans must be that this was so inevitable. If the worst does happen this will be right up there as the major factor.
Nothing in the summer window addressing it was bad enough. 1 whole month in january is completely unforgivable.

You're right with this. Saving DCL for other games won't work because eventually he'll be on the sidelines anyway. If we do get relegated this will be the biggest reason why.

It may be a case he can only play every other game - if so that'll have to be managed. Seriously aggravating a hamstring could put him out for a couple of months.
Illustrates how badly the club has been ran by not strengthening in this area during January.

even a yard dog forward like woods would have given an option when DCL goes off sick, even Niasse made stuff happen and scored goals
