Great news. He was rusty and far from match fit against Arsenal but was a handful, without being amazing. I’ll take that for an hour.

Might have preferred this news leak an hour before kick off though, with Dyche straight batting questions tomorrow again making it sound like Gray/Maupay. Just to muddy the waters a bit for moody Marco’s preparations.

If it works out like that you have to give massive credit to Dyche.

Beneitez and probably Lampard would've thrown him in weeks ago when he clearly wasnt ready. I read somewhere that Dyche wont have a player near a squad if he's not 95%-100% fit.
