Excellent how he controlled that ball and took the shot. One of his better games today, just need him to move a little bit more in the final third.

His movement to influence the game is superb, out on the flanks, coming inside, dropping deep, back to goal, decoying and occupying centre half’s. His movement today to create space inside was brilliant, he really enabled the midfield runners and lads outwide.

He’s very gifted.

Don fed off the positive energy of the crowd today and was absolutely magnificent.

I don't wish to be accused of hyperbole, but I am yet to see a more complete centre-forward in a Royal Blue Jersey than the Dom that we have seen in recent weeks. He's got it all.

And it's even more impressive given what the lad had been through both physically and also mentally.

I mean, this is a BIG take. He's not a good finisher. In fact, he;s kind of poor at that part. Everything else? for sure. Guess it depends on what you mean about that.

Feels like his overall game has improved since his injuries - potential to be a real top player - the best in our squad currently. Just hope he stays fit (and some bright spark comes up with a song for him).
