2023/24 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Damn it. We badly needed him to get something out of that game. I will just have to take more losses until the true everton number 9 will return and do his thing and terrorise the league.

Our 'fans'. Hope they are happy with themselves

Sadly we're getting a reputation akin to that of Leeds/Millwall fans.

Its a shame as ultimately the whole situation of the club likely plays its part in the frustrations from the stands but we need to start showing more support to the players and manager.

Said the same in the Dyche thread with loads wanting him sacked after just 2 games.

Fully anticipating something like this tomorrow:

"Dominic Calvert-Lewin unfortunately suffered a hairline fracture to his right cheek bone, as well as a collapsed eye socket in our fixture against Aston Villa on Sunday,"

"He will undergo surgery this week before returning to Finch Farm to begin a period of recovery. The Club will not put a timescale on his return to action".

DCL is completely free of any blame here. He was brave to go in for it and sadly came out second best versus a huge keeper. Hope he's back soon.

These are not fans.
The lad challenged for a ball and went in 100% and came out with a fractured cheekbone, then some clowns saying he is made of plastic, unbelievable

Can dismiss the idiot instagram and facebook comments as one offs but the travelling section are some of our best 'fans' and these were the ones abusing him. They need to take a look at themselves.

Yes its frustrating that we are awful and he's always injured but by all accounts it was Benitez and the medical dept who caused the issues playing him with the broken toe. Its not his fault so lets not be a holes about it.

People who have us in this mess are sitting at home enjoying themselves with not a care in the world
