Sorry Goat, we paid nothing for Beto, that's why we signed him, kicking the money down the street, Beto is a £10 mill player for whom we paid a massive premium because they were prepared to accept nothing up front. Calvert Lewin, with one year left on his contract the injury history and the fact that he hasn't scored in 20 games... We'd be lucky to see £10 mil for.

All this talk of Ings. Villa signed him in summer 2021 when he was 28 for 25m. He'd just come off a season scoring 14 goals for club and country.
Didn't score many at Villa and he signed for West Ham for 15m.
Newcastle signed Calum Wilson for 20m in summer 2020. That season he'd scored 10 for Bournemouth.
