Watching the goal again just now, it’s 100% what he intended.

He stuck a leg out just so, with the intention of exactly that happening.

Granted, we’ve all seen hundreds of attempts like that fail - but this one didn’t.

Far from dismissal, I reckon he deserves an extra pat on the back for actually scoring from it.

Trying to dumb down the belief that he is brilliant. He is average at most and don't agree he is our saviour. He has let us down this season and deserves the criticism he has received for 20 odd games without a goal. I am not going over the top because he has scored a couple gifts I am holding him culpable for what has gone before and put us in this position. He isnt any better than strikers we've had in even the last 20 years like yakubu saha johnson or even a jelavic. Id play all of them before him.
