Why do these simple chances keep falling to beto and never Calvert Lewin?

Calvert Lewin had an easy chance this match as well but he was offside cos he was too busy pulling his shorts up to his belly button instead of holding his line

Yes but it’s also about antitcpation, he shouldn’t be caught offside as much as he is, but I think it says equally more about our players playing the pass as it does him. It’s about speed and timing.

To be fair, he's fighting for scraps, at least 2 defenders on him all the time, he's not the quickest, so he's looking for a head start.

Nah, most times he hasnt got back onside and a Pickford lump forward gets flagged.
Its either lazy or dumb not to get on to begin with
