I think it would be madness to improve his contract and put our PSR under pressure. Yes offer him another contract but only on the terms he is on now. I think we can get better for less of a wage

He is important to the way we play. Getting him signed means that you can then focus your attention to the creative side of the squad that needs urgent attention.
