Tbf, even if it was about money, when you consider the contracts handed out while he’s been here as the ‘main striker’ I don't blame him for wanting at least parity with the likes of Gomes, Doucoure, Digne, Mina, Allan, Alli etc etc.In my opinion I think this guy is a very greedy man. he is already paid a very high salary and been well looked after by the club during his many injuries, yet he still wants more, let him go and sit on the bench at some other club because he is not good enough for a very big club.
You say he wants parity with other players, how do you know he does not already have parity with others, I understood he was already one of the highest paid players on the books, hence my greedy accusation. Do you not think he owes the club some kind of thank you for looking after him all this time or maybe its just me that shows any kind of loyalty.Tbf, even if it was about money, when you consider the contracts handed out while he’s been here as the ‘main striker’ I don't blame him for wanting at least parity with the likes of Gomes, Doucoure, Digne, Mina, Allan, Alli etc etc.
If he wanted the £220k per week James cost that could be considered greedy.
As for getting paid while injured - sick pay / getting your wages after sustaining an injury through work isn’t that unusual.
The fact EPL footballers get paid a lot shouldn’t influence that.

Did the club owe him an apology for the FSW continually rushing his comeback for 6 months meaning he was injured as soon as he stepped on a pitch? You say he wants parity with other players, how do you know he does not already have parity with others, I understood he was already one of the highest paid players on the books, hence my greedy accusation. Modern player mentality is not like years ago when players really bonded with a club and its supporters, were proud to wear the shirt and put everything on the line to add to the history of the clubs they played for. Now its a case of how much cash can they squeeze out of a club, what can you offer me to have the honor of seeing me play for your team. The more we began to see players kissing the badge and putting more effort into their goal celebrations the less we got from a lot of these impostors. You say he wants parity with other players, how do you know he does not already have parity with others, I understood he was already one of the highest paid players on the books, hence my greedy accusation. His excellent hold up playI actually haven't a clue what he is offering recently.
Confucius say... If a player holds a ball up, but there's no other player around to see it, did he hold it up at all?His excellent hold up play
I've never known a centre forward get in front of his marker as the ball comes toward him, only for his marker end up getting in front of him to win the ball. That's a skill you can't teach.
