On his day he’s a handful of a target man with a good leap. Never fancy him in one and ones. You get the impression from the club that he’s irreplaceable and for me he he easily is.
Fans saying we missed out on him Spurs paid a fortune for him, & Bournemouth have not missed him - DCL is lacking in confidence & should have won a pen - missed one sitter at the end - overall I thought with our more aggressive attacking style tonight DM will sort it all out - although with that style we made woeful clangers at the back eventually gifting Villa a goal - they could have been 2-3 nil up at half-time - but less hoof ball - we need signings to strengthen our squad - another defensive clanger gave their winner - we still lack firepower upfront & goals Broja can be sent back to Chelsea as Harrison sent back to Leeds - we could cash in on DCL & Beto also DM is experienced enough to fetch the right players in & out .....
Very unlucky not to get a pen too....on that corner 2 fouls committed v us - VAR again letting us down - an improved performance again the result says otherwise sadly ....
