It’s time to move on from Dom. We no longer play Dycheball with our defenders constantly hitting high balls over our midfielders for DCL to head on . We have talented, passing midfielders who can play a through ball on the ground for our striker to run on to, so for me it’s pointless even considering playing DCL again. Play Beto , Broja, Chermiti that allows us to perhaps determine who we can use next season.

Dom scored a lovely goal just before he was injured. Dealt a poor hand by our (lack of) style. But if he wants off then fair enough

I suppose we have some duty of care to his fitness as he is a current employee so we can't just let him go on gardening leave.

But I'd willingly let him go if he isn't going to play for us again and his next club took started looking after his injury concerns. Let him sort out his next destination and get his rehabilitation done there for the rest of the season and summer - he'd have well settled in for next season so it's possibly a very good option for him to take.

He does a lot of good things does dom, scoring regularity, ain't one of em.
If we're needing (as a focal point) a back to goal Chest-er next season... Moyes ain't done his job finding a natural striker. Cheers Dom for many a memory, We as fans though have to bare change, Change in the stadium, change of pub culture and we need to be able to change and just let players go. Better players should follow.

I'm happy DCL is going, or he would have got improved terms, and he's rubbish at actually finishing part of his game.
