Honestly when Moshiri made that call to Jim White telling him we aren't signing a striker, my blood was boiling so much, as all this since has been so predictable.
I thought he out in a terrific shift considering he was feeding off scraps. Tried to link up play with Vlasic and Lookman and that was when I thought we were on the front foot

This lad is so terrible I have come round to feeling sorry for him. He's nowhere near good enough for Premier League side or even a top half of the Championship - carries virtually no goalscoring threat and can't really link an attacking move. But at least he is willing.

I agree. He was alright. But I also half agree with @orly - he's currently about as threatening as a tiny hamster.
But then he shouldn't have to be our main striker right now. I expect more from guy who scored 16 goals in Spain last year than a lad playing his first ever full season in the top flight

I agree with that one too. He should be fourth choice somewhere - starting at home in cup games against significantly weaker opposition whole players like Sandro lead the line. Except Sandro has been even worse!

I really see a player in DCL....but not right now. I was half joking earlier in the summer when I thought a loan back to Sheff Utd would have been a good idea.... but actually it would have been ideal.
But how could we possibly have afforded to let him go? We couldn't.

Oh don't get me wrong mate, it's ridiculous that I'm pinning my striker hopes on a kid who has scored 1 goal in 17 matches. I just think he's the best option.
Regarding Sandro, he looks painfully short of offering anything of note at the minute and I'm just hopeful that's confidence. The bit where he ran into Cuco when all he had to do was go wide. It was embarrassing
