I'm no fan of trump but sadly pretty much all politicians of any persuasion (be it Republicans, Democrats, tories,labour, Brexit, tea party, whatever) all try to distort things in their favor

Yes but the difference is the right is much better at attacking their opponents through lies/half truths.

The simple fact that folks still question Obama's citizenship prove that their tactics work better with so many.

That's probably fair but still the whole "you're a lair, no you're a lair, well you're a bigger lair" exchange between both sides is just tiresome. Even more so when the fact is they're both lairs haha
