You're going to need to see more than this one instance to have conclusive proof of serious illness. My father died from pneumonia - a second bout in 2 months (aggravated by an underlying cancer) but he was 84 years old.
 

what would be a funny turn of events is if Clinton does get replaced,

If the theory of Trump not actually wanting to be president is true then if clinton dropped out then that would leave him essentially unapposed in the race as whoever came in would only have 2 months to win the country over, no chance of that happening i don't think.

Personally think a Biden/Kaine ticket would do a lot to shore up Democrat support in the Mid West which the most likely route for a Trump victory.

She won't go voluntarily. She'd have to be dead before she'd step aside, and she can make her body obey through sheer force of will. Big Dawg will move heaven and earth within his power to keep her right there, too.

No matter what. To the bitter end. This campaign is what her whole life has been about, and they won't take it from her again like they did in 2008 when it was her turn and she would have been president if her party did things properly like the Republicans do.

Or did until this year.

She is certainly hated more than Trump among certain segments of the population, the reverse is true among other segments and both are disliked by a large number too!

But the majority of polls show that for the general population Trump has worse favorability numbers but the key thing will be which groups turn up to vote.

If the last 18 months in British politics have taught us anything it's that pollsters exist to make astrologers look respectable.
