I get what you're saying, but for trump to make mention it's because of his celebrity status and wealth that makes it permissible (In his mind) to do these sorts of things unhindered and without the legal repercussions suggests he's a morally-devoid megalomaniac, imo.

Would he have the same attitude if he was on his arse, like millions of other Americans?

I doubt it.

again, like with @roydo earlier, we all knew this of him anyway.

That we haven't had more outrageous skeletons in his closet come out yet I think is the more newsworthy feature of this campaign. In fact I'm pleasantly surprised by the relative lack of dirt.

This is the first time I've heard him rationalise/moralise in direct relation to his wealth & celebrity regarding his treatment of others....Not his views on others, but how he HAS treated others.

And I don't like it.

and that is your right not to like it.

not directed at you, but generally the campaign to throw him out is pure agenda. fine, release the dirt and let voters make up their own minds, but don't throw the guy out the race (unless, of course, there is evidence or admittance of a serious crime).

When that sort of attitude manifests itself in policies...I dislike clinton intensely, but at least she has a wee bit more restraint and a wee bit more guile about her than he'd ever have - even if there already were die hard republicans who'd never vote clinton (I wouldn't meself, if eligible) I find it hard to see how trump's gonna bounce back from this one.

You know what sort of attitude i dislike more than being a fan of groupies?

Bombing Arabs.

Who knows what sort of policies will manifest with an attitude like that, ay?

Haha!

And of course, good ol' donald isn't gonna threaten to turn the arabian desert into a sea of glass if them ay-rabs (As he'd no doubt call them) start creating and threaten to reduce the oil supplies in the event of something happening (Especially with the Israelis) is he?

No siree - he'd probly just go ahead anyway. I mean, he'd be CIC of the most powerful arsenal on the planet; and with his attitude to just about everything else it wouldn't surprise me.

There's hardly any country/race/religion/gender/sexuality he hasn't cheesed off already, like - and that's before he's even been in an election.

Trump will hand over control of that region to Russia. That's chiefly why there's this massive agenda to keep him out, for the loss of money-raking contracts will be huge for certain influential US firms. Donald's a businessman and won't let solid opportunities pass by, hence the handing-over will be privy to some particular conditions.

I for one would go with that as a potentially better alternative to what we've had over the last 15 years.

:D:plol

lol

Like he's gonna hand over all them oil states, both without their consent, or the consent of the US economy and war machine.

I suppose he'll go back to the gold standard, too?

That's what I mean about there being a deal with the Russians. But of course we then get to the problem of the US war machine, hence why they don't want him in the White House.
