But they're what determine the difference between murder and manslaughter/unlawful killing. So, you see, all murders can actually be classed as the same, those two words are the indication.

None. Nobody's complained. Doesn't absolve him of his thoroughly distasteful views about women though. I'm not some sort of loose-women style feminazi, but trump has a mungo jerry-style attitude to women...And the less wealthy in general imo.

The fact that he made out that because he's got moolah it gives him the right to think he can bum women into next week and they'll either allow it or want it because of his celebrity & wealth. That's a viewpoint that harks back to feudalism & serfdom imo. Droit de seigneur and all that.

There's diminished responsibility and sentencing ranging from 2 years to life. All dependent on the individual circumstances.

Your post is fair because you're not going round screaming Trump has admitted to sex crimes.

I'm saying he'll only gain in support for this as he's admitting publicly what the other side (i.e. Bill Clinton) attempt to hide, and he admitted to it long before getting involved in politics.

I'm also saying in a free country he's allowed to have that opinion: that his status gives him easy access to women. Now that he's a presidential candidate Trump has apologised and conceded the comments were a mistake.

The electorate have to simply decide for themselves if they want to vote for him, but this campaign to actually throw him out of the running stinks of agenda.
