A bit surprised they moved Minnesota off blue.

It seems fairly likely that the Minnesota polls skewed to the lower end of their margin of error this cycle. Minnesota has always been safe Democratic territory and I don't see anything Trump has done recently that would warrant a bump there.

Just the opposite, actually. Texas is most likely also simply a polling aberration, but Trump has been so repulsive that it wouldn't be a surprise if he's losing significant ground in many of the conservative states.

Iowa leaning Trump is the really big surprise I think in the midwest. Dating back to the Obama primary, they just really seem to not like Clinton very much at all.

Frowned upon - Probably. Illegal - No (provided you don't do illegal things).

There is nothing illegal about browsing anonymously. TOR has attained a bad rep, due to people abusing it's anonymity. That being said, being a TOR user makes you more likely to be targeted by organisations like the NSA, and it might take a bit of legwork, but your identity can be figured out.

For the average non-criminal, TOR offers a way of browsing that doesn't feed your data into the hands of ad companies, ISP's and websites.

I said the latest accusation being from "a porn star and sex educator being kissed on the lips without permission" feels like a Chris Morris sketch.

i.e. approaching the realms of the absurd.
