Donald Trump for President Thread

People going waaaaay overboard writing trump off.

Anyone who didn't think that an evangelical Christian would win a state where evangelical Christians make up a huge portion of the voter base and has voted in such stories candidates as Rick Santorum on that basis, needs to stop putting so much faith in polls.

I thought they recount (until one candidate pays more than the other or their brother is governor) endlessly but rather precincts flip the coin?

Was just reading about it and came across this mate:

"In at least six precincts across Iowa Monday, Democratic caucus votes ended in a tie, forcing a coin toss to decide which candidate would win a county delegate, Mrs Clinton won all of these - securing her an incredibly narrow lead."

As a relative outsider, Bush gave the impression he was a relatively humble idiot. Trump however is a narcissistic idiot. Far more dangerous. Hopefully the Republicans will see sense and vote someone even moderately sensible.
The danger Bush posed though was putting through legislation that literally changed lives in the sense of a stronger creep towards big brother and mass data gathering and storing on the population not to mention the beginnings of what is the next greatest shame of America, the war on terror, continued by Obama and typified currently by the reckless abandon with which we authorize drone strikes subsequently negating foreign sovereignty and ending the lives of countless innocent civilians while "neutralizing a target". Under Trump not much would change except he would push for legislation giving tax breaks to his friends in the one percent all under the guise of every republicans wet dream, Reaganomics (that devil man), and would probably stick to the economic sector for his personal influence rather than social policy (I don't see him as being serious about immigration reform in the same way Obama wasn't real serious about any of his promises). In short you might be able to tell I think we're well and truly f****d but that was solidified years before I was even born so I'm happy to just let it play out and hope the second revolution comes in my lifetime.
