Frankly, I hope Trump wins. What is the alternative? Hillary?

Another added bonus is the tears of liberals and Cultural Marxists.

To be honest, I don't know what's worse, being a Christian with a history of murder, theft, rape, segregation and dictatorship, or being Donald Trump.

Hard to seperate the two actually.

Seems like a sweeping generalisation of a whole religion to me.

I'm not so sure. While the Pope had a go at his Christian beliefs over a possible wall, sometime in the future , maybe, there are real razor wire Walls being erected all over Europe, some with the specific intent to keep a country Christian. Again, not a word from the Pope who hasn't played this very well at all. I would think that Trumps PR added to the Popes inconsistency on this might not do him as much harm as people think.......

The Pope has regularly spoken out against them.

"You know how walls finish up. All walls collapse -- today, tomorrow or after 100 years. Walls are not the solution. The problem remains, but with more hate."

"People and institutions who close doors to them (migrants) should seek forgiveness from God"

"Every Catholic parish, every religious community, every monastery, every sanctuary in Europe should accommodate one family, beginning with my diocese of Rome. [In wake of the] tragedy of tens of thousands of refugees that flee death in conflict and hunger and are on a journey of hope, the Gospel calls us to be close to the smallest and to those who have been abandoned"

I think his position has been clear and consistent with Christian values. As you'd expect from him really.

Seems like a statement based on history and fact to me. But we all know where you stand on things.

Can't remember him ever condemning Argentina over invading the falklands, I must have missed that one......Oh this is probably why, "Pope Francis, the first Latin American pontiff, said in 2012 when he was archbishop of Buenos Aires that Britain had "usurped" the disputed islands from Argentina. In 2011, he said the islands were "ours,"........Christian values indeed.....

He's had an easy ride over any potential Christian values failing from the time of the Junta and those that disappeared. I'll bet that his advisors in Rome wouldn't like someone such as Trump doing a bit of digging around........

And this has what to do with building walls and the persecution of migrants?

He was the Archbishop in a country that has spitefully done everything it can do to put down and make problems for a small population of people who do no harm to anyone. Christian values are not supposed to be aimed just at the majority. My point was that he made a massive mistake saying what he did pointed at one person. This particular Pope needs to be a bit more circumspect or a lot more honest when it comes to American (North & South) politics......

But my original response was to your suggesting he hadn't spoken out against the building of fences in Europe. He has, and therefore speaking out against them in the US is entirely in keeping with that message. Can't be a lot more honest in regards to that.

Such a cuck of a Pope.

I found a great image recently, where it shows a few bible quotes about building walls. Unfortunately I can't find it. Have this picture instead.
