I can see why the club hasn't said more.
If they air Drenthe's dirty laundry in public, it lets other players know they could get similar treatment if they come in on loan. And it does Real no favours with us explaining to the world that they signed a bad tit and tried to palm him off all over the shop.
Also, we might actually have to keep him and pay whatever % we are doing till the end of the season, it could be part of the deal that brought him here.

Drenthe actually shows that Moyes has his limits with players, Pienaar, Arteta were on the naughty step at their respective former clubs, he brought them in and got greatness from them both. Royston is a player with problems a step or three above what Moyes can deal with. VDM was a gaping bum hole as well.
Straq hasn't set the world on fire with displays of footballing magic but the support back him to the hilt because he tries and tries damn hard.
