I'm not really bothered either way here really though, Drenthe is a great player and we did miss the option to use him but he's also a tit and i fully understsand him being binned off.

I understand Daves point about the timing and how surely if other players in the squad didn't get a sulk on because Drenthe was picked in other games depsite being a tit loads why would one game, even if it is a semi change their attitude. Plus if Drenthe had of been used on Sat and binned on Monday a good man manager would of told the players that missed out that he done what he thought was best for EFC, to get them into a cup final but he wasn't putting up with a troublemaker for 5 more weeks so the slot in the final team would go to who earnt it bwteeen now and then by playing best.

This thing about 'all season' he clearly hadn't been told then that it was his final chance, this time he had.

Wouldn't be surprised if Moyes couldn't even be arsed facing him to tell to do one, why should he waste any of his time on someone who couldn't be arsed himself.

We cast views on knobheads in other teams and say that we wouldn't want them in our shirt, this is the proof that we aren't 2 faced.

The team's failings extend beyond Drente not being in the squad.

Whoever wants to waste £90k pw putting up with his disciplinary and AWOL record is welcome to him. Even funnier if it was THEM.

And he's not all that on the pitch anyway.

I'd like to point out: DAVEK said he's going to support Manchester United and he hopes Everton get beat.

He said this yesterday with Tubey.


Therefore Davek's moral outrage about a player being fired for rule-breaking is the ultimate hypocrisy.

He's just trying to get into your heads for his beloved Manchester United.


Whereas Drenthe can't follow clubs rules and therefore should be sacked. We're Everton NOT Butlins FFS.
