One thing from his interviews - how many players actually understand what he's saying? He talks so fast, and he laughs while he's talking, and Even with my experience of Scottish accents I can't tell half the time until I rewind, and the poor overseas players must be struggling
 
Looking through Forest Green's result, they haven't scored more than 1 goal in a game in the last 20 matches since December 3rd
 
Well and truly gone with today's loss. 13 points from safety and only six matches left. Scored the fewest goals in the league, allowed the most.
