What the hell?? lolSo we’re getting a less good version of James Rodriguez on significantly smaller wages…
Can we please stop with these utterly ridiculous comparisons please?!

Could not agree more.Am not a fan mate. Hope he proves me wrong but it stinks of mediocrity
Dyche has never been a good manager for him. He gave him an opportunity at 19 years old, sure, but as @AmericasToffee said earlier it's clear that he's never actually been coached properly.I could be wrong but didn’t dyche drop him from the Burnley starting team before he got the chop and was playing Lennon instead then Mike Jackson started him and Burnley started to pick up wins and look better offensively?
….I don’t think he has the acceleration of a conventional winger but I also don’t think he’s ponderous. I think his pace is positively covered in this;
But you always want to get one whenever you are in thereHe’s like a cheese sandwich from Costa
just pure meh and you know you’ve paid over the odds
Depends on how fast he approaches it, and if his car has good handling.Can he take a corner?
Pretty much a must watch. His conversion rate is turrible because I don't think Dyche or anyone tried to coach him to take better shots
Yeah that part was really interesting. He usually played as traditional 442 winger in a strict defensive system, so I think that plays a big part. There has to be some accountability on him to keep trying something that doesn’t work over and over again (except against us of course).Regarding the part about where he said he is shooting from too far out. I wonder if that's his own choice or because of Burnley's tactics he couldn't get closer to the box
Pretty sure McNeil was being touted around as one of the top young English talents coming through in the season before last.
22 years old and one bad year for an underwhelming relegated team and he's Kevin Kilbane 2.0 according to some.
Killa was like having Lee Carsley at left midfield. Highly functional but painful to watch.I would take him being Kevin Kilbane right now tbh.
