I think this is where we are shopping now but in all fairness I don't think it is that bad, especially if it means that money is left over for Gueye and/or Broja. I'm not a big one for stats but for those that are, his expected assists last season was 6, and not the 1 he actually got which shows how bad Burnley strikers were. Also, I think he will try harder than most of our more expensive signings over last few years. It's up to Frank and Co. to turn him into a consistent player now. Welcome Dwight.

He's a crosser of the ball who had even less to cross to than we have. Ashley Barnes is a corpse, Wood wasn't that great before he was sold, and Wout Weghorst was a bust. And Dyche was playing just dreadful anti-football. When the other fellow took over and opened them up they were halfway-decent, if they'd played the whole season like that they would probably have been comfortably out of the drop and McNeil would have had more to do.

Admittedly I'm squinting to find the good here.
